All donations to Victory Flows are tax deductible.
We are in the process of completing approval for our 501c3, but are currently operating as a non-profit entity under the umbrella of the Dallas Brain Injury Association.
We are a self-funded non-profit, operating solely off the proceeds of Cheryl Hood’s home sale (which are going fast) and donations by friends of Victory Flows.
There are a couple options to help support Victory Flows and allow us to continue to grow and serve the disability community.

- Donate or Sponsor one of the following:
- Event Venue Sponsor: Typically rental of a venue will cost $4000-$5000
- Event Meal/Snack Sponsor: Depending on the Venue, we are charged per person per meal. Camp Copass charges $6-$8 per meal, so with a typical group of 140, that cost would be $980 per meal. If we use another venue, we would need to have food donated or catered. Snack donations of fruit, chips, breakfast bars, candy, water and soft drinks are always needed. These typically total $150 per event.
- Pizza Party Sponsor: We use 20 pizzas for each pizza party for the volunteers, siblings, and special friends. Cost of pizzas are no more than $10 each, so total would be $200
- Welcome Bag Sponsor: Each family gets a very full welcome bag of snacks, gifts, games, books, and treats to enjoy at the event or after. Items for these bags (and the bags themselves) have been purchased for most events. Donations are welcome of items to include in the welcome bags (need a min of 25 items each) or contributions towards the cost of the items. Each bag averages a cost of $25 , or a total donation needed for each event of $650
- Theme Sponsor: Each event has a theme, and decorations and gifts are bought to support that theme. Donation total needed $100
- Art Escape Sponsor: Debi Slaver has graciously donated hundreds of dollars of art materials for Victory Flows events. However, we will run out of supplies over time and as such could use arts and crafts donations of any type, as well as financial support to buy the extra items such as glue, plates, tablecloths, etc. Donation total needed: $100
- Adult Dinner Sponsor: This is perhaps the only chance parents/caregivers have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy an uninterrupted meal. Each table is decorated as is the dining room where dinner is served by volunteers to the parents. Decorations can be donated or a donation towards these would be appreciated. Total: $100
- Entertainment Sponsor: Games and toys have been purchased or donated , but they get used or broken. So we are always in need of sports equipment, safe toys for all ages. Also, we end our event nights with a dance or talent show and hand out trophies and medals as prizes. Debi Slaver had donated over 100 trophies and medals but we have used most of these and would like to buy more. Entertainment donation: $100-$250
